Service Staff f/m
immediately or as agreed upon
You enjoy the following tasks, which are already familiar to you:
- You run your station independently and professionally, completing the associated preparatory and follow-up work conscientiously
- You have no problem mastering the basic rules and workflows of service
- As a host, you approach every guest politely and friendly. You can answer questions competently and fulfill wishes with joy
- You are co-responsible for a smooth and professional workflow
- You actively aim for upselling and recommend our F&B offerings
- You handle complaints professionally
You bring the following qualifications:
- Training as a restaurant specialist or similar and a few years of professional experience are an advantage but not a prerequisite
- You bring dedication, initiative, and commitment, are innovative, flexible, and resilient
- You work conscientiously and independently, organized, careful, and forward-thinking
- You enjoy working in the hospitality industry, want to develop further, and carry out your profession with passion
- You perform work processes effortlessly efficiently and professionally
- Professional appearance and lived hospitality are a matter of course for you
- You are familiar with à la carte service and keep an overview even under high guest traffic
- You have good oral German and English skills
